Gender WebQuestOur understanding of gender continually evolves. In the course of our life, the interests, activities, clothing and professions that are considered part of one gender or another change. This has perhaps never been more true than it is now. Your generation has a significantly different understanding of gender than previous generations, with consequences for all children, families, organizations and institutions.
In this webquest you will explore the the concepts of gender, equity, gender and power, and related issues that arise through the intersection between gender and race, ethnicity, and economic or social status. Your job is to work through the tasks in this webquest and produce a culminating project that shows what you have learned. |
