How to print and share documents

When you are ready to print or share

A. If you have a document that you want to send to my classroom printer:
     1. Save the document you want to print
     2. Open your email account
     3. Click on compose or whatever button allows you to create a new email
     4. In the To line type: lccs21@hpeprint.com
     5. Leave the subject line blank
     6. Click on attach. This is usually a button with a paperclip
     7. Attach the document you want to print
     8. Click on send. Your document will be waiting for you in my room.

B. If you have a document to print on Google Drive
     1. Open your document in Google Drive
     2. Click on
email as attachment
    
3. Click on attach as...
PDF
    
4. In the To line type:
lccs21@hpeprint.com
    
5. Click on send. Your document will be waiting for you in my room.

C. If you want to share a document with someone on Google Drive
     1. Open your document
     2. Click on Share, the blue button in the upper right corner
     3. In the box type the email address of the person you want to share with
     4. Go to the dropdown menu and click on
Can Edit
     5. Click on the blue Done button.
